Chris and Vera are amazing people. They respond immediately and are great with tenants. They work with the tenant to find solutions when issue arises. I have known them for a couple of month since they took over the management of the apartment complex we live in and I can honestly say it became much better because of them. I highly recommend Guardian Property Management! Chris and Vera have been phenomenal, and have taken all the headache and stress out of our hands in renting and managing our rental property in Spring. They are always super prompt, efficient and professional, and took care of my property as their own. Chris and Vera even came to take care of our other residential property in the event of a water leak in the house when we were out of the country. Hands down, they deserve five stars!
